Mr. Slade worked in public accounting with Geo S Olive & Co. (BKD) in Evansville, Indiana and as an Audit Manager with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (KPMG) in Austin, Texas. Steve worked in private industry for 4 years as the Controller and Vice-President of Finance for a small publicly traded electronics company, and since 1987, has specialized in the employee plans consulting and administration business in Austin Texas working Fringe Benefit Group and The 401(k) Company. Steve has a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
