Marketing with Class
Michelle is a tenured marketing executive with over 17 years’ experience (11 ½ years were spent inside a 100 person CPA firm and 5 ½ consulting with accounting firms). Her passion for determining strategic marketing initiatives and successfully implementing them has positioned her as one of the most sought after professional service marketers.
Since starting her own business, she has helped CICPAC with rebranding and marketing coordination. Within the past year, she also began working with two CICPAC member firms on rebranding and strategically planning their marketing.
Her articles have been published in accounting publications: CCH’s CPA Practice Management Forum, the Association for Accounting Marketing’s award-winning newsletter, and in the next few months her first article for Public Accounting Report (PAR). In 2010, she authored a chapter in the AICPA’s book, Bull’s Eye! The Ultimate How- To Marketing & Sales Guide for CPAs.
She held a national board position with the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) from 2008-2010. Her initiatives, while working for a CICPAC member firm, won her firm eight Marketing Achievement Awards and she was named Volunteer of the Year in 2005 by the organization.
She is on the Alumni Board of Directors for Northern Kentucky University, her alma mater and spends her spare time either working out at CrossFit NewCov or enjoying time with her husband and their three athletic children outside or at sporting events.
