Kyle Kmiec has 9 years of experience in public accounting. After he became a CPA in 2012, he has enjoyed working side-by-side with entrepreneurs to help them achieve their long term and short term goals.
He has represented his clients to the IRS, helped clients build succession plans, assisted with 1031 exchanges, and successfully navigated the tax consequences of multiple mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
His clients operate in the health care, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing and distribution industries. Kyle earned his BBA and MBA from Midwestern State University.
