Mr. Ryan Foley MBA

As a managing director with FMI Capital Advisors, Inc., FMI Corporation’s Investment Banking subsidiary, Ryan provides strategic M&A and capital raising services to the construction and engineering industry. He primarily serves specialty trades such as mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors in addition to general and heavy civil companies. Ryan’s investment banking career has focused almost exclusively on serving middle market companies and has included M&A transactions, private placements and public equity and debt offerings.

Before joining FMI, Ryan worked at Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver-based M&A advisory firm. Prior to that, he worked at Allegiance Capital, where he led the execution of sell-side M&A transactions on behalf of privately held, family-owned businesses across a wide range of industries, including oil field services, electric power services, construction, food and chemicals. Prior to that, Ryan worked at BMO Capital Markets in Houston as an associate in the company’s Energy & Power Group, where he supported public and private debt and equity transactions for companies focused on oil and gas exploration and production. Ryan began his career at Janney Montgomery Scott, a full-service investment bank in his hometown of Philadelphia.

Ryan earned his Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Boston College. He has Series 79 and 63 licenses.
