Nathaniel F. Peniston

As vice president of Fringe Benefit Group Nathaniel Peniston is responsible for identifying and expanding strategic partnerships. The firm partners with payroll and human resources information systems (HRIS) providers, national broker dealers, insurance brokerage firms and trade associations.

Fringe Benefit Group’s proprietary platform is designed to effectively enroll and administer benefits to hourly employees. The firm targets two niche market segments using two distinct brands: The Contractors Plan (www.thecontractorsplan.com) is for employers subject to government contract requirements, specifically the Davis-Bacon and Service Contract Acts. The American Worker (www.theamericanworker.com) is a turnkey solution that provides hourly and part-time workers, especially in the staffing, hospitality and retail industries, with ACA-compliant benefits.

Peniston has nearly 20 years of insurance, financial services and employee benefits industry experience. Most recently, he served as vice president of specialty benefits and led the product development of ancillary employee benefits coverage for the firm.

Peniston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami.
