Ben Brahinsky is President of Leap Financial, where he provides advisory and transaction services to companies and investors in the construction industry. He helps his clients refine objectives and strategy, and structure and execute transactions. He has more than 25 years of experience in M&As, ownership transfers, and capital transactions.
Previously, Ben was Managing Director of a Denver-based private equity firm, where he led a team responsible for evaluating, acquiring, and improving distressed businesses. Prior to that, Ben was a Principal at FMI Corporation and worked in the firm’s investment banking practice.
Ben has presented to many construction organizations and has been published in industry journals. He is currently active in CFMA (where he previously served as National Secretary), AGC, MCA, and ABC.
